Israeli missions throughout the world contain consular sections whose function, among other things, is to provide consular services to Israeli nationals and residents abroad, and also to foreign nationals (in accordance with the Entry to Israel and Notaries Laws).

For your convenience, here is a list of the services available at the mission in the country of your residence or, if there is none, at an Israeli mission in a neighbouring country.
