PERMIT FOR TRANSFER OF BODIES FOR BURIAL IN ISRAEL

Someone who wishes to bring a deceased relative to Israel for burial may do so if less than 30 days or more than a year has passed since the date of death.
A permit is not required for transfer of ashes.

You must fill out an application form for a Permit for Transfer of Body for Burial in Israel, and submit it to the nearest mission, together with all the required documents.
