Israel to permit entry of Ban Ki-moon and Ashton into Gaza Strip

Israel has decided to facilitate their entry to the Gaza Strip in order to allow them to get a first hand impression of humanitarian activities taking place in that area.

In response to the special requests by Ban Ki-moon, Secretary General of the United Nations, and Catherine Ashton, High Representative of the EU for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, Israel has decided to facilitate their entry to the Gaza Strip in order to allow them to get a first hand impression of humanitarian activities taking place in that area.
