* MANUFACTURERS' ASSOCIATION INDUSTRIAL GROWTH TO SLOW DOWN IN FOURTH QUARTER.
Industrial growth will tail off in the fourth quarter, according to a survey of 200 industrial concerns by the Manufacturers Association.
