" Text:

We, the representatives of world Jewry, assembled here in Jerusalem, the eternal and undivided capital of Israel, affirm our solidarity with the state and the people of Israel.

We support Israel's deep yearning in its 40-year quest for a just and lasting peace.

We are united in our commitment to Israel's continued security.

We are unified by our common heritage, the moral values that flow from it and our love of Israel which transcends the diversity of our views.

We are proud of Israel's adherence to its principles of democracy, justice and freedom.

Linked by our common history and shared destiny we support the democratically elected Government of National Unity in its efforts to achieve peace and security with its neighbors.

In fulfillment of the Zionist dream and responsive to the prophetic vision, "May peace reign within your walls and within your gates harmony."
