Industry And Trade Minister Sharansky Updates Pm Netanyahu On Davos Conference

Industry and Trade Minister Natan Sharansky yesterday (Sunday), 31.1.99, briefed Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, who currently serves as finance minister, on the World Economic Forum in Davos. Minister Sharansky held meetings in Davos with American, European and Palestinian representatives, and also met with Jordanian Finance Minister Michel Marto.

PM Netanyahu and Minister Sharansky agreed that Minister Sharansky would participate in meetings of the inner security cabinet dealing with issues relevant to his portfolio, including the sale of non-conventional weapons from Russia and other issues relating to the control of non-conventional missiles.
