Ahmad Vahidi - Wanted by Interpol

(Communicated by the Defense Minister's Media Adviser)

Defense Minister Ehud Barak said that Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad's decision to appoint Ahmad Vahidi, wanted by Interpol for his involvement in the  bombing of the AMIA Jewish community center in Buenos Aires 15 years ago, as his country's defense minister proves yet again the nature of the regime in Iran, and its leaders' intentions. The world must learn from this incident, and examine the intentions of the Iranian government, especially its leader, which has appointment a terrorist as its defense minister.
