   BEN YEHUDA STREET
 
 
The pedestrian mall on Ben Yehuda street, where Jerusalemites can enjoy a stroll, cafes, shopping, street musicians, and more.

 
 
   NAHLAT SHIVA 
 
Another pedestrian pall on Solomon street in the Nahlat Shiva neighborhood, where cafes and shops featuring the works of local artisans can be appreciated by visitors and Jerusalemites.

 

 

 
   BIBLICAL ZOO
 
 
Here, animals mentioned in the Bible can be seen in their natural habitats, including moatenclosed open areas where they can move about freely. The zoo's sprawling new premises in the southern part of the city were funded by the Tisch family.

 
 
   LIBERTY BELL GARDEN 
 
Jerry the Dragon is located in Liberty Bell Garden, an innovative activity park interspersing stone paths, greenery and an open- air community center offering cultural and recreational events. The replica of the
Liberty Bell at the park's center, with its inscription "Proclaim liberty throughout the land, to all the inhabitants thereof," (Lev. 25:10), was a gift to Israel from the city of Philadelphia, in honor of the US bicentennial (1976).

 
   SHEROVER PROMENADE
 
 
The Sherover Promenade - Built in levels to blend into the area's natural topography, this unique promenade features paths of Jerusalem stone, wooden pergolas, and terraces landscaped with 600 mature olive trees.

 
 
   PUBLIC GARDEN 
 
A public garden in Jerusalem one of many located throughout the city, where multi-hued flowers please the eye.

 

 
   JERUSALEM TENNIS  CENTER
 
 
The Jerusalem Tennis Center, with its open-air tennis courts, is enjoyed by Jerusalemites and tourists alike.

 

 
 
   TEDDY KOLLEK  STADIUM 
 
A modern soccer stadium with seats for 12,000 spectators, this facility was built at the initiative of Teddy Kollek, mayor of Jerusalem, 1965-1993, and named in his honor.
