More info: e-Gov in Practice seminar

Modern society is an information society. Creating and developing this information society forms the heart of the e-government vision. Israel’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Ministry of Finance, responsible for all e-Gov projects, have designed an 11-day seminar reviewing the structure, methodology, concepts and solution components of the e-Gov system: infrastructure, back office and front office setup as well as the bureaucratic model implemented in Israel.

Hosted by MASHAV, the Center for International Development Cooperation of Israel's Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the seminar will be held from 15 to 25 June 2009. The seminar will allow participants to discuss and assess concepts and solutions, visit working installations and meet the experts, managers and business partners who have created the e-Gov programs operating in Israel today.

Israel’s e-readiness has received international recognition from the UN as well as from the public, citing the time and money saved by using these services in steadily growing numbers.

The seminar will be held in English. For further details, participant profiles and registration information, please click on the link at the top of the page.
