Cabinet Communique

The Cabinet approved in principle the plan for the further redeployment in Judea and Samaria, by a majority of 10 to 7 ministers.
The Cabinet authorized the Prime Minister, Defense Minister and Foreign Minister to inform the Palestinian Authority of the framework and details of the further redeployment, and to coordinate the necessary implementation. The Cabinet decision consists of redeployment in about 9 percent of the territory of Judea and Samaria, including about 2 percent of Area C and about 7 percent of Area B.
