The Young Jewish Leadership Diplomatic Seminar is a unique program organized by the Israel Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
The objectives of this program are multifold, with its foremost goal being to enhance the relationship between young Jewish leaders from all over the world and the State of Israel. The seminar offers in-depth exploration of the many facets of the Israeli agenda, including the peace process; national security; economy; culture and society; Jewish life in Israel and more.
The Young Jewish Leadership Seminar is conducted under the auspices of "Bayit Meshutaf" (Shared Home), a newly established division of the Israel Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The goal of the division is to develop unique and innovative programs for young Jewish leaders to strengthen the links between Israel and the multi-faceted Jewish world.
The upcoming seminar scheduled for March 10-22, 2002 will be open to participants from intermediate and small communities in the United States and Canada only.
Registration forms should be presented to the nearest Israeli Embassy or Consulate no later than January 18, 2002.
The Young Jewish Leadership Diplomatic Seminar is fully sponsored by the Israel Ministry of Foreign Affairs, covering full board and lodging, excursions and other costs. Participants are however responsible for covering their flight costs to and from Israel.
