CINADCO Photo Essay

The International Course on Leadership of Women in Development March-April 2000, was given in Russian for 26 women from 13 countries of the Commonwealth of Independent states. Included were visits to researchers in plant genetics and women farmers in the kibbutzim, moshavim and family farms, and learning about entrepreneurship, management fo human resources, leadership developement, problems specific to women, extension services in aereas of dairy, bees, flowers, vegetables, spices, organic farming, ostriches, greenhouses, packing, marketing, agribusiness - and dancing up a storm and presenting a ceremonial bread to Director of Russian Division of CINADCO Lea Farkash.
