On August 21, 2001, 114 participants from 58 countries, taking part in four courses - "Stage International sur l'aviculture moderne" in French; "Tratamiento de aguas servidas y su reuso en el agro" in Spanish; "International Course on Dairy Cattle Production" in English; and "Irrigration Technologies and Management of Water Organization" in Russian - sang and danced, gave a demonstration of Ti Chi and a hilarious parody of the Swan Lake ballet.

The world was one for an evening of fun!
