- Full diplomatic relations.
- Agreed international boundary with minor modifications.
- End to belligerency; cooperation in prevention of terrorism.
- Agreement on allocations of water and the development of new water resources.
- Freedom of access to religious sites; recognition of special role of Hashemite Kingdom over Muslim holy shrines in
Jerusalem.
- Freedom of passage by land, sea and air.
- Cooperation in such areas as the economy, transportation, telecommunications, tourism, environment, energy, health,
agriculture, war against crime and drugs.
- The problem of refugees and displaced persons will be resolved in agreed-upon negotiating frameworks.
