  • Full diplomatic relations.
  • Agreed international boundary with minor modifications.
  • End to belligerency; cooperation in prevention of terrorism.
  • Agreement on allocations of water and the development of new water resources.
  • Freedom of access to religious sites; recognition of special role of Hashemite Kingdom over Muslim holy shrines in Jerusalem.
  • Freedom of passage by land, sea and air.
  • Cooperation in such areas as the economy, transportation, telecommunications, tourism, environment, energy, health, agriculture, war against crime and drugs.
  • The problem of refugees and displaced persons will be resolved in agreed-upon negotiating frameworks.
