Mar 25, 2002 - Haim Chiprot, 52, of Emmanuel, injured in the terrorist attack near the entrance to Emmanuel in Samaria on December 12, 2001, died of his wounds, bringing the death toll to 11.

At 18:00 PM, on the fourth night of Hanukkah, three terrorists attacked a No. 189 Dan bus traveling to the ultra-Orthodox settlement of Emmanuel from Bnei Brak, as well as several passenger cars, with a roadside bomb, anti-tank grenades, and light arms fire at 18:00 P.M. Ten people were killed and about 30 were injured.

Rabbi Haim Chiprot, injured in the attack, died of his wounds on March 25, 2002. He was buried in Emmanuel. He is survived by his wife and six children.
