An anti-tank missile fired at a clearly marked yellow school bus driving near the Sha'ar Hanegev Regional Council wounded two people. One of the wounded, a 16-year old school-boy, is in critical condition.

Beginning in 2002, Abu Sisi was engaged in the development of missiles to be launched by Hamas into the State of Israel, including increasing their range and ability to pierce steel so as to penetrate IDF armored vehicles and thus strike at soldiers.

A Grad rocket fired from the Gaza Strip exploded in a Beersheba residential neighborhood Wednesday evening (23 Feb). Damage was caused to several homes and vehicles. Ten people, including four children, were treated for shock.
